The purple note
Following the spread of the corona virus COVID-19, we have updated our cleaning procedures in accordance with the recommendations, procedures and guidelines of the purple note for operating B&Bs of the Ministry of Health in Israel, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention CDC, the tourist sites AirBnB, Booking, common sense and the accumulated personal experience.
Before
We dedicated 3-4 hours to cleaning the unit between the guests, which included lifting furniture, taking out linens, towels for washing, vacuuming, washing, cleaning with materials suitable for the floor, for washing, for the shower, for the toilet, for the kitchen and its accessories. In addition, we made sure to ventilate the unit and removed the blankets and pillows for ventilation and a “sunbath” in the garden.
Currently
We devote about 4-6 hours to cleaning a unit with extra strictness to the existing procedure and in addition at the end of the cleaning we carry out a disinfection process with bleach spray in the shower, toilets and kitchen, and disinfection with alcohol spray in the residences and living room, in addition we increased the ventilation time and the interval between the entry of new tenants to over 12 hours . Also make sure to disinfect door handles, cabinets and faucets, remotes and switches.
Check in
We welcome the guests outside in the yard, give an explanation, conduct registration, collection and conduct a tour inside the building for guidance, orientation and operation, all while wearing a protective mask and maintaining a distance of 2 meters.

Social distancing
From the beginning, our units are isolated and do not have areas for common use, each unit has a private yard and garden, there is no meeting between the residents of the units except when walking along the entrance path.
Minimum nights
To reduce the turnover of people and to ease the cleaning work and the costs, we increased the booking and the stay to 3 nights.
Cleaning equipment and personal protection
Each unit has hand soap, masks, alcohol gel, tissues, toilet paper, paper towels, gloves, additional sheets and towels for self-change, equipment and self-cleaning materials for rooms and laundry.

It is done at the highest temperature allowed for the type of fabric and the upholstery and decorative pillows are washed more.
Dinnerware
Wash with hot water and soap, do not use reusable plastic utensils, do not use disposable dishes.

Policy on days when there are restrictions due to the corona virus
We allow cancellations without penalty up to 24 hours before entry.
Guests who do not show up will be charged the full amount.
Payment is made at the entrance.
There is a temporary addition “cleaning and disinfection fee” of $70 (which is added to the $38 one-time “cleaning fee” per order).
Minimum rental period is 3 nights.
Maximum 4 guests per unit.
