Regulations, business procedures and cancellation policy

The accommodation does not include daily cleaning.

  1. You must leave the place as you received it.
  2. Parties cannot be held there.
  3. Do not accommodate additional guests beyond those invited.
  4. The place is suitable for light cooking.
  5. You can play music.
  6. Smoking is allowed in the yard outside.
  7. You can barbecue outside.
  8. The place is not kosher and does not observe Shabbat.
  9. Special needs must be coordinated in advance.
  10. Meals and transportation must be arranged in advance at the time of booking.
  11. Israeli customers have to add VAT by law.
  12. The price for babies, children and adults is the same.
  13. During the stay you can enter and leave at any hour.
  14. On weekdays – check-in is from 16:00 in the afternoon and check-out until 11:00 in the morning, of course there is flexibility but prior arrangement is required.
  15. On Saturday Night – it is possible to order check-out at the end of Shabbat, involving an additional payment of $100 per order.
  16. On Saturday Night – check-in may be about two or three hours after Shabbat ends – so it is mandatory to coordinate in advance.
  17. Safety features – fire extinguisher, smoke detector, no gas systems for cooking and/or heating, smoking is only allowed in the yard.
  18. Regarding room availability, check the diary, minimum booking is for 3 nights or more, advance booking required.

Reservation and payment cancellation policy

  1. Reservation’s:
    1. Cancelable – reservation that can be canceled
      • Cancellation up to 5 days before entry – no cancellation fees.
      • Cancellation 1-5 before entry – cancellation fees will be the charged of the first night.
      • Cancellation on the day of entry or No-Show – the cancellation fee will be 100% of the reservation.
    2. Non-Cancelable -Non-Refundable – reservation that cannot be canceled –
      • Reservation that cannot be made will be charged at 100% of the order.
  2. Payment – Canceling a credit card payment
    • Cancellation of a transaction will be subject to and in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), 2010-2010 and the Consumer Protection Law, 2010-1981. (Shorat 10 5772 2011, section 9, addendum (regulation 2), section (8) hospitality services): “A consumer may cancel an agreement to purchase the subscription service in the aforementioned detail within 14 days from the date of making the agreement, provided that the cancellation is made 18 days that are not Rest days at least, before the start of the service.”

Like Home hosts short-and medium-term periods  

  1. The accommodation in the units, for any period, does not and will not grant the guest any rental rights other than what appears on the reservation form, the check-in and check-out date and the cost.
  2. This agreement is not subject to the Rent Law, neither the Sheltered Housing Law nor the Fair Rent Law.
  3. The guest will vacate the unit at the end of the booked and paid period.
  4. The guest will return the unit in the same condition as he received it.
  5. The guest will bear the responsibility for any damage caused during his stay in the unit except for reasonable wear and tear.
  6. Like Home is entitled to repair and charge the guest the cost of repair and restoration.
  7. The charge will be made using a credit card provided by the guest for payment and as a pre-agreed guarantee to cover damages.
